After leading at Freedom Life Church's Hampton campus for seven years and networking with a variety of leadership organizations, she came to see how marginalized many leaders are and she desired to create a space where all are welcome. The Table Leadership was birthed out of this desire, and is now a global community of leaders learning and growing together.
