She is passionate about investing in others, and coming alongside developing leaders to help them grow into the fullness of all they're called to be. After leading at Freedom Life Church's Hampton campus for seven years and networking with a variety of leadership organizations, she came to see how marginalized many leaders are and she desired to create a space where all are welcome. The Table Leadership was birthed out of this desire, and is now a global community of leaders learning and growing together.
